All participants on CE must meet the minimum eligibility criteria of being in receipt of a qualifying payment from the DEASP for one year and this can be checked out in your local INTREO office or with your case officer.

Location: Ballina

The Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor with the following duties;

  • Weekly payroll on Thesaurus
  • Transfer of payroll to Bank
  • Updating of Payroll records
  • Compiling claim forms and ensuring timely submission to the Dept.
  • Recording Training and Materials budget spend
  • Processing Invoices and ensuring timely payment and accurate recording of same.
  • Assisting with any other administrative duties as required.

Full training will be given.

Also, applicants for this role must be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
