All participants on CE must meet the minimum eligibility criteria. You must be in receipt of a qualifying payment from the DEASP for one year. This can be checked out in your local INTREO office or with your case officer.

Bus Driver Job Description
- Provide a collect and drop off service for clients of the Craoibhin as required by MVR Management.
- Maintain high standard of cleanliness on the bus, in line with COVID19 protocols
- Complete and fill in a Bus Inspection form on every use of the bus.
- Inform Management of any faults or defects arising and ensuring that bus is not used until checked and/or corrected
- Ensure Insurance, Tax and DOE are kept in date at all times and advising Management of renewal dates in advance.
- Certify that the First Aid kit and Fire Extinguisher are kept stocked and in working order.
- Safeguard the safety and wellbeing of both clients and staff on the bus at all times.
Bus drivers should ensure that they have a contact number for a Breakdown service locally on their phones in case of emergency. When travelling outside of the Ballina/Castlebar area, a number for a Breakdown service in the area being travelled to should be obtained prior to leaving.
